We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you phone in, you reach me or somebody I'd trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so when something isn't right, it falls on us, and we sort it out that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second weekly visit.
We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you let us know to come get it.
Two to three weeks ahead works well for spring and summer weekends. Book even earlier for holiday weekends.
